The average participant will burn over 700 calories per class. There is no prerequisite to attend this class. The class combines basic and advanced plyometrics, body weight movements, sandbags, medicine balls and a multitude of other training and fitness devices. You will get stronger, fitter, and in fighting shape.

Classes are currently offered both weekday mornings and evenings as well as Saturday morning. Please see our class schedule for exact class times. The classes are listed under BootCamp Fitness classes.
